This webcast session will describe the speaker’s experience in deploying business analytics tools to support laboratory operations. While business analytic tools are widely touted, few health organizations have leveraged these tools to improve day-to-day laboratory operations, often focusing on purely financial metrics. As these tools are more effectively deployed, they can be used to have day-to-day impact on laboratory efficiency, which translates into more effective and less costly patient care.
