This CMLE-bearing activity is designed for new clinical laboratory team members or others supporting the implementation of laboratory services (with limited clinical laboratory experience). It aims to provide foundational principles and practices of quality control. Best practices identified in this course should be further supplemented by institutional guidelines and standard operating procedures.
