The Pathology Clinics Certificate Program equips pathologists and laboratory professionals with the knowledge, communication skills, and operational strategies to design, implement, and sustain patient-facing pathology clinics. Through seven integrated modules, learners explore effective health communication, compliance, clinic operations, safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the use of digital tools and media to enhance patient engagement. This program emphasizes the evolving role of the pathologist as a communicator, educator, and advocate—bridging science and compassion to advance patient-centered, equitable, and high-quality care.
