This sixth webinar, Bringing the Generational Divide, explores strategies for effectively communicating across generations within the laboratory workforce and creating an environment where professionals of all ages can collaborate and thrive. The session will examine approaches to bridging generational differences, supporting workforce development and engagement, and attracting emerging professionals to laboratory careers. Attendees will learn practical approaches for fostering an inclusive workplace culture, enhancing recruitment and retention efforts, and ensuring long-term workforce sustainability in an evolving laboratory landscape.
