Upon completion of this activity, you will be able to:
· describe Eagle syndrome;
· differentiate the types of Eagle syndrome;
· identify stylohyoid process elongation on imaging;
· explain the different proposed etiologies of Eagle syndrome;
· choose the best imaging modality to diagnose Eagle syndrome; and
· formulate a differential diagnosis of conditions that present with symptoms similar to Eagle syndrome.
