He discusses his experiences in medical education, the microaggressions he faced along the way during his residency experience, and the supportive allies who helped build his sense of belonging. He highlights #PathTwitter as a vehicle for connection and belonging and the Diversify in Path podcast project he developed to continue the conversation.
