This final webinar, Advocating for Labs on Capitol Hill, explores strategies for effectively engaging federal and state legislators to advance policies that support medical laboratories, laboratory professionals, and the patients they serve. The session will examine approaches to communicating the value of laboratory medicine, building productive relationships with policymakers, and advocating for issues that impact workforce development, access to care, and quality patient outcomes. Attendees will learn practical tips for participating in advocacy initiatives, effectively conveying laboratory priorities, and helping ensure that the profession maintains a strong voice in healthcare policy discussions at all levels of government.
