· explain neonatal Fc receptor function and therapeutic rationale for its inhibition;
· describe the current clinical applications for neonatal Fc receptor inhibition;
· distinguish antibody-mediated diseases that will benefit from neonatal Fc receptor blockade from those that will not; and
evaluate clinical situations that may benefit from neonatal Fc receptor blockade.
