Upon completion of this activity, you will be able to:
· describe the morphologic characteristics of T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia (T-LGLL) in peripheral blood and bone marrow aspiration smear;
· understand the definition of T-LGLL and diagnostic criteria of T-LGLL;
· know the immunophenotypic and genetic characteristics of T-LGLL; and
· discuss the prognosis and treatment of T-LGLL.
