· describe the clinical presentation of a patient with hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma (HSTCL);
· describe the morphologic features of HSTCL cells seen in peripheral blood and bone marrow smears;
· discuss the immunophenotype of HSTCL;
· discuss the differential diagnosis of HSTCL; and
· discuss the prognosis of patients with HSTCL.
