· explain the concept of immunogenicity and appearance of antidrug antibodies;
· evaluate laboratory findings suggestive of loss of response to therapy;
· describe different scenarios when therapeutic drug monitoring is utilized; and
· develop an interpretation plan for test orders of monoclonal antibody therapies.
