· explain the classifications of anaplastic large cell lymphomas (ALCLs);
· summarize the clinicopathologic features of both systemic and localized ALCLs;
· discuss the differential diagnosis for ALK-negative ALCL with DUSP22 rearrangement, especially in relation to other lymphomas that can also harbor DUSP22 rearrangement; and
· select appropriate immunohistochemical and molecular genetic ancillary tests to accurately diagnose ALCLs.
