Upon completion of this activity, you will be able to:
- recognize the clinicopathologic characteristics of chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL);
- discuss the underlying pathogenesis, particularly activating mutations in CSF3R;
- summarize the updated diagnostic criteria for CNL as outlined in both the 2022 International Consensus Classification and the fifth edition of the World Health Organization classification; and
- differentiate CNL from reactive neutrophilia, chronic myeloid leukemia, and atypical chronic myeloid leukemia.
