· explain some of the history of IgG4-related disease and the comparative research findings that unified the diagnosis;
· describe the characteristic histopathologic features of IgG4-related disease and IgG4-related lymphadenopathy;
· review the Boston Criteria used in assessing IgG4-related disease;
· recognize common presentations of IgG4-related disease and the histologic features that support the diagnosis; and
· differentiate reactive and neoplastic lymphadenopathy from IgG4-related lymphadenopathy.
